FTG puts a lot of responsibility and trust into their employees, which has allowed me to learn and grow as a builder without requiring that a strict set of corporate rules be followed. I appreciate the autonomy and am comforted knowing that there is a wealth of experience within the company that is always available as a resource when needed.

I joined FTG Builders back in 2017 as an intern while at SJSU. My experience here at FTG has been great. The best part of working here and what gets me to come into the office every day with positive energy is the close-knit culture this company has. Being able to communicate directly with the partners and the entire team has allowed everyone’s opinion to be heard. I am a superintendent for FTG Builders Inc. I had worked with Mike and Rodney for 12 years at another company before joining the FTG Builders. Rodney has helped me along the way; I could always call for help. Specializing in the healthcare industry is a different type of construction; it’s unique and requires accuracy. I take pride in the things we do, and the customers’ needs are always above my priority.
